Terms of Service

SharpKeeper Terms of Service

Effective date: June 25, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of SharpKeeper websites, web apps, mobile apps, and related services. By using SharpKeeper, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Use of the service

SharpKeeper is designed to help organizations collect, manage, route, and track facility work requests, preventive maintenance tasks, and related communications. You agree to use the service only for lawful business, school, property, or organizational operations.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and activity that occurs under your account or organization access. You agree to notify SharpKeeper promptly if you believe your account or data has been accessed improperly.

Work requests and communications

SharpKeeper may process work-request details, attachments, email messages, phone-call or voicemail information, and text messages needed to operate the request workflow. Organizations are responsible for using SharpKeeper in a way that fits their own policies and applicable laws.

SMS messaging terms

If you provide a mobile number for a SharpKeeper work request and opt in to text updates, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to that request, including confirmations, follow-up questions, and status or completion updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of work-request text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help or contact jstanley@sharpkeeper.com. Consent to receive request-related text messages is not a condition of purchasing SharpKeeper software, and SharpKeeper does not use that consent for unrelated promotional text campaigns.

Acceptable use

You may not use SharpKeeper to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, or unauthorized messages, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service. SharpKeeper may suspend access or investigate activity that appears to violate these terms or applicable law.

Third-party services

SharpKeeper may rely on third-party providers for hosting, communications, storage, billing, authentication, and related operations. Availability and performance may depend in part on those providers.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing or order terms presented at signup or renewal. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.

Disclaimer and limitation

SharpKeeper is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, SharpKeeper disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
